Hi, I’m Caly
Share your resume once. I’ll find the roles worth your time and tailor your application to each — then brief you before every round, sit in the interviewer’s chair while you practise, and stay with you until the offer is signed.
— Caly. I don’t clock out at “Applied.”
I’ve heard all three. Here’s what I do about them.
Give me your resume. I’ll take it from there.
Getting the interview is halfway. The other half is the week of waiting, the round you didn’t expect, and the number you’re afraid to say out loud. I’m there for all of it.
Some people want it blunt. Some want the reasoning first. Some want to nail one question before moving on, and some want to move fast and fix it later. I’m no use to you as a generic coach — so the very first time we practise, I ask five short questions. One at a time. Five taps, total.
Then I never ask again. I just coach you your way — and if you change your mind, change an answer in settings and I’ll adjust on the very next message, mid-conversation.
When feedback is going to sting a little, how do you want it?
Saved the moment you tap. Bail halfway and I keep what you gave me.
A real coaching move: I never open with the verdict. I put you in the room first.
One idea at a time. A rep before we move on. Only your real experience — never a word invented.

I draft only from the resume you share and the sources I cite. I’ll coach you to tell your story better — never to tell a different one. And nothing changes or goes anywhere until you read it and say yes.
